Meet the Team.
At PASTways, our dedicated staff are supported by a small group of volunteers, each bringing unique experiences, qualifications, and perspectives to the classroom. Together, we are committed to nurturing the growth and development of young people by providing exceptional care, guidance, and opportunities tailored to each student’s needs.
We understand that every young person has their own path to success. Our skilled team recognises a wide range of behaviours, allowing us to understand each individual and identify the best ways to support them. Our Volunteer Team
You will often see volunteers at P.A.S.T Ways. They have their own experience and knowledge to share with the young people. Some volunteers are past students of the project, meaning they can provide a unique perspective to young people.
